The events of this story happened many years ago. When the story was first published, Eric was working as staff artist for a Christian publishing company on the west coast.

Since then he has taken additional work at a Christian university in the Midwest to prepare himself as a Bible Instructor. Eric's first opportunity to minister came in the Pacific Northwest. Five years later he was ordained to the gospel ministry. He and his wife Arbie served in the Northwest until their retirement.

Eric's interest now is to share the amazing story of Jesus' love, and bring encouragement to those who are searching for meaning in life.
